The development of the world always was constructed on balance between two parts: leading countries and followed ones. Historically European states considered to be quite developed in comparison to Asian states. For example: democracy firstly arose in Europe and only nowadays in Asian countries the idea of democracy is considered by the state governments. Talking about managment both Europe and Asia have different techniques that are commonly used in everyday life.

states considered to be quite developed in comparison to Asian states.
For example: democracy firstly arose in Europe and only nowadays in
Asian countries the idea of democracy is considered by the state governments.
Talking about managment both Europe and Asia have different techniques
that are commonly used in everyday life. Main characteristics that can
easily indicate management varaeties are values, belifes, and mangment
techniques.
Firstly, value is considered
to be one of the most effective ruling technique. In European states
most pupular way of becoming successful is individualism. To illustrate:
all the western people prefer to think about the wealth and benefits
of the own rather than of the community. While in Asian states, where
the conservative style of thinkig is still important: wealth of the
many is more important that health of the one.
The second important difference
is beliefes. In Europe main leading value and a belief is that all the
people are equal from their birth, and have equal rights for any possibilities
and opportunities no matter of their backgrounds. To demonstrate, all
the people are obligated to obey natural, state, and constitutional
laws, and for breaking any of it one is to be punished appropriately
by the juridical branch. Meanwhile, in most of the Asian states, there
are some personalities that are out of the society and considered to
be «better» than the others.
The third signicficant difference
is managment techniques. In European states paper «staff» is popular.
Every procedure must be on a paper with stamp and signatures which is
a guarantee of the above mentioned olbigations, for examle, of the contract,
or aything else. Most of the actions are done «on-line» which is faster
and better. People live in a dynamic world of constatnt information
access. However, in Asia, most of the procedures are long enough and
require tolerance. People prefer keep their money at home, rather than
in banks, because they find it more safe and comfortable. Or they prefer
meet face to face, which may take long time and covering long distance,
while they can easily use internet access for the deal.
Summing up, European and Asian states differ much enough. However european states are dynamically developing and lead the whole world, one may see what has happened after the Global Financial Crisis: the market systems collapsed and governments had to reconstruct the whole banking system again, which still is needed to be done properly. These was caused by transactions of debts from one country to another, and thousands of people lost their money and jobs as a result.
Asian states did not fell the crisis that much only because of their conservative style of livivng, and many of them are starting up their ways toward establishment of proper political, economic, and social systems.
But in Asia only Japan management is well developed.Thus they hav kept their culture. If we compare only Japanese management, Decisions are accepted long. They prefer to greet with business partners in the: to do bow.
And
many Asian people for example about character Arabian people says very
loudly and they very urgent when they conducting negotiations with their
business partner.

work of real professionals, thus they adore the presentations which
technology of carrying out is finished at them to degree of high art.
It is preferable to begin negotiations, already having on hands a certain
program of actions, if not the draft agreement. Representing the company,
it is not necessary to go in cycles too in lacks of her work - to express
in is positive-optimistic spirit better.
